River City Renegades (RCR) is a rockin Roller Derby League in Mackinaw City, Michigan. The goal of RCR is to create, manage, and develop a roller derby league dedicated to women and the sport of flat track roller derby in Upper Michigan.

 

Our league is comprised of women of all ages and backgrounds. We are mothers, daughters, grandmothers, teachers, students and computer nerds. The one thing we all have in common is our love of the game and that no matter what we do during the day, when we strap on our skates at night, we are all Bad Ass Derby Girls! In addition to skating, our members will be taking an active role in the community by donating time, funds, and media promotion to a wide range of charitable causes.   The league fosters a strong sense of sportswomanship and encourages each member to take an active role in the decision making process, as well as promoting exercise of both body and mind.
